Is the boy in Bhagwati hospital the same one that NDTV is flashing the story about? I don't think anyone has come to claim him yet. Were you able to find out if he is speaking or in a coma? I think it will be quite an uphill task to find out who he is if he's not speaking. Perhaps Childline can help?
About the Core group of volunteers - how about if we have a meeting tomorrow or saturday? I can organize a few more volunteers and we could all meet? Might work better if we brainstorned together.
